Helping Professional Women Overcome Burnout with High Quality Self Care and Permanent Lifestyle Changes.

“In order to be that gentler, stronger, more resilient version of me, I must first stop, breathe and learn how to simply be.”

– Jai Gaurangi

Increased Productivity

When you take care of yourself, it’s easier to stay on task and avoid distractions. You’ll be able to focus for longer periods without feeling stressed or burnt out! This leads to increased productivity!

Increased Mental Clarity and Confidence

When you feel like your head is spinning with stress, taking care of yourself can be difficult. However, having clarity in life and being able to think clearly will help achieve peace for both mind and body! Self-care techniques such as meditation or yoga help clear out the clutter so we have space again; this allows us more focus on what matters.

Find Success Without Sacrificing Relationships

You might find yourself working long hours, sacrificing your personal life for the sake of achieving professionally. But it doesn’t have to be that way! You can still maintain a healthy work/life balance and enjoy both aspects equally or better than before!

Why Work With Blues To Bliss?
By taking care of yourself, not only does the quality of your life improve but so too does your love for it!

As women, we spend so much of our time taking care of others. We’re wives, mothers, daughters, aunts, sisters, business owners, employees, community leaders. . .etc..that we forget to take care of ourselves. I’ll never forget the day a naturopathic doctor tested my adrenals. The shock and concern on his face told me everything: my health was in jeopardy. He confirmed that my body was under severe adrenal fatigue and that if I didn’t get it under control immediately, I was at risk of developing a life-threatening disease. This was a wake-up call.

I am on a mission to help other professional women overcome burnout and live their best life. I have been fortunate to work with hundreds of women all over the world to optimize their health and well-being which has affected every aspect of their lives. When you have more energy, you can get more things done, and more of the things that matter most to you. When you feel good physically, emotionally, and mentally, your ability to meet the needs of others becomes less of a burden and more of a joy. Taking better care of myself has enabled me to become a woman of relative means. This has brought me access to a level of self-care I didn’t know existed and has been so life-changing for me.
