As women, we spend so much of our time taking care of others. We’re wives, mothers, daughters, aunts, sisters, business owners, employees, community leaders. . .etc..that we forget to take care of ourselves. I’ll never forget the day a naturopathic doctor tested my adrenals. The shock and concern on his face told me everything: my health was in jeopardy. He confirmed that my body was under severe adrenal fatigue and that if I didn’t get it under control immediately, I was at risk of developing a life-threatening disease. This was a wake-up call.

I am on a mission to help other professional women overcome burnout and live their best life. I have been fortunate to work with hundreds of women all over the world to optimize their health and well-being which has affected every aspect of their lives. When you have more energy, you can get more things done, and more of the things that matter most to you. When you feel good physically, emotionally, and mentally, your ability to meet the needs of others becomes less of a burden and more of a joy. Taking better care of myself has enabled me to become a woman of relative means. This has brought me access to a level of self-care I didn’t know existed and has been so life-changing for me.
